Function:
We are currently looking for SAP functional consultants in all areas of the HR module for our projects in Asia Pacific.
Brief Description of Responsibilities:
- Perform all work efforts outlined in the ASAP Methodology that are typically assigned to functional consultants.
- Document business requirements and procedures.
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
- Perform configuration of business requirements in your area of specialization.
- Support clients in defining SAP HR business processes.
- Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support clients in developing their skills.
- Perform post go-live production support activities.
Profile:
- More than 2 years of experience as an SAP consultant.
- Specialized in configuring SAP HR, preferably in Payroll with schemas,Time Management and ESS.
- Has version upgrade experience.
- Has knowledge of and/or experience in SAP Business WF and BW.
- Completed at least two full life-cycles of an implementation project.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to maintain the highest level of professional standards and be a team player.
- Strive to create satisfied clients.
- Flexibility and patience in working in a challenging environment.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and preferably a second language (ie. Mandarin or Bahasa).
- Willing to travel.
