This has proven to be an important benefit to HR executives who are striving to maximize their organizations’ contribution to the goals of the larger enterprise. The HR Scorecard is based on the concept of the Balanced Scorecard and as such a framework that helps HR to translate strategy into operational objectives that drive both behaviour and performance. It accomplishes this by viewing the activities in terms of four perspectives. Related to each other, they define a comprehensive strategy in operational terms that can be translated directly into objectives, measures and initiatives linked to the accomplishment of strategic goals.

Our Approach: Excellence in Execution
The following describes our approach in designing the HR Scorecard. To learn more about our approach when selecting and implementing the HR Scorecard tool, we gladly refer to our HRIS Application Selection and our HR Transformation Roadmap for Implementation. We support you in translating the results of the strategy formulation phase into a Strategy Map which helps you to focus on the top 15 to 25 key HR objectives you need to deliver on. For each of these objectives, the owner and a set of performance measures will be identified to track the implementation of the strategy. In addition we support you in identifying the top projects / initiatives that you need to focus on. Our approach ensures the buy-in of the main stakeholders and opens the door for the next steps: Tool Selection and Implementation.
