Our Solution: HR Scan through a multi-dimensional approach
The current situation is charted through the various perspectives and the potential future scenarios are presented. Consequently, the HR Scan is a comprehensive approach towards laying the foundations for the transformation in to a better performing HR organisation. Our approach describes:

  • Quantitative baseline
    The quantitative AS-IS analysis provides insight in the current HR discipline. In addition, a qualitative analysis is conducted on the different aspects: organisation, processes, technology and people.
  • Organisation Design
    To determine the organisational details and consequences, the future organisation is charted and the desired service delivery model is created.
  • Process Design
    For the future (To-Be) scenario, two processes are described according to the principles of the new service delivery model. The NorthgateArinso HR processes best practice acts as the starting point.
  • Business Case
    The roadmap and the potential investments to accomplish the To-Be situation are presented in the form of scenarios.
  • Duration

A limited version with focus on the As-Is Analysis and high level recommendations is available for the duration of approximately eight weeks.

Each scenario is an integrated whole in which the cohesion of the various dimensions is emphasised. The solution for the transformation is provided in an articulate, clear and practical manner. The research data and the future scenarios enable to determine the relevant investments and results. A final business case makes it possible to evaluate the solutions for improvement on added value and benefits.
